The Township of Hampton, governed by the Department of Community Services, provides a variety of leisure activities, recreation and entertainment for the residents of Allison Park, Pa. The township provides various facilities, including playgrounds, athletic fields, neighborhood parks, community centers and tennis courts. Its community center features an indoor track, youth and adult lounge, activity rooms, heat and serve kitchen, fireplace, concession area, library, facility for organizing events, such as weddings, and an aerobics and dance room. Its fitness center comprises cardio and weight training equipment, including dumb bells and free weights. Township of Hampton also organizes exercise classes in Hatha and Kundalini yoga, as well as weekend boot camps.
