Provided by YP.comFor all new sleep apnea patients, you have to pick up the equipment at their office. Whereas other companies it to your house, and help you set it up explaining how to set or reset the function of each button or knob according to your need or comfort. DASCO doesn't explain fully. They made their own decision as to what setting to put on the machine. The temperature of the heater is was set on a level that by halfway in through the night the water had completely evaporated and my nostrils became really dry and cracked resulting in me sneezing all day. I called them and made a complain and they told me I can reset the temperature, but every time I did, it would reset itself back to their setting. I also get portable oxygen tanks. But according to the delivery people, they're only allowed to deliver every 3 months otherwise I would have to find a way to pick them up myself. I am handicapped and also do not driver.
