While I cant speak about the therapists or the locations other than Alliance the fitness instructor and manager is least to be desired after calling to talk about the unprofessional service at Alliance Center. The Zumba teacher never acknowledge a newcomer who took a few lessons of Zumba/dance/fitness and told to leave because she was not following her to a tee. The instructor even asked the class if anyone had a problem with the gal and the instructor even exclaimed that she was 'white' and does not dance to a Prince/techno song the gal requested. Since when does race come into it and what constitutes bullying a 50 year old woman in front of others in the class acceptable?
