I made payment arrangements for fines from 12 years ago. Sent payments required, one in full and they did not honor the agreement we made. Due to the money order getting to them a few days late. They blocked my registration in another state and now I can't get my tags. They also claim because my payment was a few days late now I have to pay half or more to lift the block. The baliff was so rude to me . I have never met a man so rude in my life. He kept cutting me off, wouldn't let me explain and refused to accept to honor our original agreement. This fine is from 2002. Driving on a suspended license and he treated me like. Hard core criminal. Shame on him. I haven't even entered the state of Ohio in 12 years and was treated so wrong. And I was trying to make an effort. Some people wouldn't even care.
