Riverfront Neurology was founded in 2008 by Dr. Todd R. Garber in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, to provide quality, personal neurological care to adults and teens. Dr. Garber is a private practice solo practitioner neurologist with a specialty in neurophysiology. He is devoted to helping his patients with neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease, migraine headaches, concussion, epilepsy, tumors, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, numbness and tingling, and movement disorders. Dr. Garber is the director of the Warren Hospital Balance Center, which serves concussion patients. He is also the stroke director at nearby St. Luke's Warren Hospital. Dr. Garber lives in Allentown, PA with his wife and three children.
