Very disappointed in this company and will never use or refer them to anyone.
I had an appointment for an estimate to install stair treads and risers. The woman that came out was over a half hour late and gave no reason or apology for it. She arrived looked at the treads,risers and other parts I bought from another company and told me she would email me an estimate.
After waiting two weeks I called the office and was told she would get back to me. Two weeks later I called back and was told that they do not install other people’s products.
I should have been told that in the beginning or they should have called or emailed and said they were not interested in the job. They obviously don’t need the business and are VERY unprofessional.. How long does it take to respond to someone with any information. VERY disappointed in the whole experience and this company.

OUTSTANDING best describes this company in every aspect! Professional and considerate! Any house built in 1924 will throw a curve ball and they tackled this issue and provided quality results! KUDOS!!

This company is excellent in every aspect. We had a wonderful customer service experience and consultation prior to selecting them as our contractor and they far outdid other flooring competitors in pricing fairness, quality of product/craftsmanship, professionalism, and communication. Our job included a 1928 full home install including new wood vents, a re-finished staircase. and differing wood types and stains in different rooms of the home. The end result is immaculate! The floors are the most noticed and complimented part of our home and completely increased the value of our property. We would recommend Lehigh Valley Hardwood Flooring to anyone looking to re-finish or install hardwood. From start to finish their management, scheduling, contractors, and overall service and quality was top notch and unbeatable!

LVHW was contracted to refinish the flooring in approximately 2/3 of my home. I'll start with the positives - the floors look great, the guys were professional and it was evident that they were very skilled at what they do. The negatives - our start date was pushed back twice due to other jobs running over which was inconvenient but not detrimental to our home remodel. After the floors were completed, we noticed that there were scrapes in our freshly painted walls approximately two feet above the floor in EVERY room where the floors were refinished. Contacted the company was told that they have "never" had that complaint and that it wasn't possible. It was also noted that our job had been completed 3 weeks prior So why did I wait to say anything. To be fair, the floors take 10-14 days to cure and we moved in the week after this process. After several Defensive and accusatory emails, it was agreed to send Someone out to look but not for two weeks. This person arrived, looked in two rooms, said there is no way the scratches were from them, avoided the fact that plaster was clearly broken due to the jagged nature of the paint line, showed me the machines to reinforce that the scratches couldn't be due to the machines that were the same height. Also, there were areas where stain and sealer was in the walls and I was told that "it happens". At this point, I just agreed with him because it was evident that there was going to be no acknowledgment of the situation nor would there be an apology. At no point did I ask did a refund, I basically wanted to report my concern and receive validation for what I was reporting to a company that I paid for a service. This did not happen and I struggle with whether or not I would recommend them because the floors look great but the rest of the experience was not.

Lehigh Valley Hardwood Flooring sanded and finished my old floors from 1955. They were in extremely bad shape and they brought them back to new. The crew that did my floors were very professional. They were clean and knowledgeable. The ladies in the office were excellent. I would highly recommend Lehigh Valley Hardwood

I had my dining room installed by Lehigh Valley Hardwood and was amazed with quality of the hardwood, The workmanship of the employees. they were courteous and friendly but worked!! The showroom was beautiful and the owner spent a lot of time with me. Educating me on the care of hardwood. And the price was right!!! Highly recommend.
