I had a family emergency and they boarded my pet with no hassel. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. My pet came home happy and tired since he got to play with other dogs. I will be back!!!

Last month we had a private session for our dog who we rescued 2 months ago. She had fear aggression and was afraid of everything. We met with Lisa for 2 hours and she gave us a program that combined behavior modification along with pack leadership homework for the family. We cannot believe the total change in our little girl. Her tail now wags, can walk with her head up and Is much more confident. Lisa is the real deal. I highly recommend.

Needed emergency boarding and they were professional in accommodating me and my pet. The staff explained the process of the evaluation in full detail, i felt very comfortable leaving my dog for the boarding stay. He came home very harpy and tired.

I cannot day enough great things about this facility. They are great at understanding dog behavior and I’m glad they disqualify dogs that are not good with other dogs because then I know my dog is safe. I have used their training classes which also educated the owners about wrong play and body language. When my dog is there for day care or boarding, I know she is in good hands. I highly recommend this place if you have a dog.

This place is great, up until they have to actually care for your dog... Scheduling was easy, the rates seem fair, and you can just walk in and drop your dog off. Unfortunately, the staff were not able to find a safe way to keep my dog inside the daycare area. I honestly cannot recommend a facility to anyone where the staff can be outsmarted by a dog. The one thing I look for in pet care is safety, and they are either not intelligent enough or do not care enough to resolve simple issues like door knobs. The poor service continued once they had made up their mind my dog wasn't a good fit (which then came with statements about his behavior they had never mentioned to me previously), after 2 weeks I finally got a refund check, but they aren't able to provide any accounting. Again, they either are not smart enough to do the math and send a receipt, or do not care enough (after I posted this review they then agreed to send it to me). I am not quite sure which is worse, but I would hate for another family to go through this experience. Now that we are set up with a new facility and I have been refunded I have heard from numerous other individuals that their dog also had significant issues at LOPI.

Just graduated our puppy in class and this has been the best course I ever attended. My dog also loves the doggie daycare and starts to get excited as we turn onto Farm Bureau Road. I highly recommend this facility.

The trainers really know their stuff. I was unable to walk my dog past other dogs because he was aggressive. After 2 sessions with John and Lisa my dog can not only walk past dogs but can now play with them and he has plenty of dog friends. Thank you Leader of the Pack!

I just boarded my dog at Lopci for a week. They took excellent care of her while I was away. I was on vacation and had total peace of mind knowing she was being well cared for and having fun with her friends in doggie day care. I could check on her and watch her on the live webcams. Lopci deserves 10 stars!

Best full service canine facility in the Valley! Eight years in a row they were voted best day care, boarding kennel, trainer, and groomer. Definitely check them out!

This is a one stop shop for all of your dog's needs. They have dog day care with convenient hours for drop off and pick and the staff oversee the play groups so the dogs are supervised at all times. My dog doesn't mind boarding anymore because he has a blast playing instead of having the dog sitter let him out twice a day. The training is amazing and taught me how to train my dog.

My dog loves everything about LOPCI! She loves to play in day care, learned a lot in dog training classes and isn't afraid to go the groomer anymore.

Best dog day care in the Valley. I know my dog is in good hands with the great staff and supervision.

Best dog training! Took my dog through there program and it made a big difference. They taught me how to be pack leader and in exchange I have a well behaved and happier dog.

This facility is absolutely the best in the valley. The facility was clean and the staff were professional and helpful. We used Lopci for training, boarding and grooming services and will continue to use them in the future. I would highly recommend them to any dog owner.

We just picked up our dog from a boarding stay. We were so happy to be able to watch her on the live web cams while we were away. Lois did a fabulous job grooming her since she greeted us at pick up looking and smelling like a million bucks. We will be back!

Every time I take my chocolate lab, buddy to Leader of the Pack for day care, he never wants to go home. The staff at Leader of the Pack is the best. They give all the dogs all of their attention while they are there.

It is the only place my family is comfortable boarding buddy overnght when we go on vacation. Lisa gives every dog a warm welcome and I know Buddy is in the best of hands.

We also went thru Leader of the Pack's Adult basic training class with Buddy and we learned so much as a family. We had no idea that we were doing so many things wrong and that was why Buddy was not seeing us as pack leaders. All that has changed now. Buddy does not run out the front door when the door bell rings, he doesn't jump on the guests, he comes when called, and the kids can walk him without pulling!

Issues included not informing us that the dog cams were undergoing renovation during our dog’s stay, picking up our dog with an unacceptable physical appearance, and our dog contracting conjunctivitis during his stay there which led to an additional vet bill.
At first, Lisa, the owner wanted to resolve our issues and make things better. She even offered to pay the vet bill. When we followed up with her the next week, Lisa did a COMPLETE 180 degrees on her view of the situation. She started to attack us, saying we were belligerent and rude to her employees, blaming US for our dog's unhealthy appearance when we picked him up, and stating the conjunctivitis was due to our dog's allergies!
Problem #1: She said that we were rude to her employees and that we "needed help". We were merely voicing our disappointment of the fact that a major part of the expected service of their business was not included, and we were not informed beforehand of this change.
Problem #2: She said at time of drop off, once we were told there would be no dog cams, that it didn't appear to be an issue. Of course it was an issue, but as we were leaving for the airport in less than 10 hours, what other last minute boarding option did I have?
Problem #3: When we complained about the physical appearance of our dog that was left in THEIR care for the past 5 days, she turned the table on us and said that we were bad parents and don't take care of our dog's grooming.
Problem #4: The owner blamed US for the pink eye and said that it was due to allergies. According to our vet, the conjunctivitis was a bacterial infection. The vet confirmed that this case was in no way caused by any allergy that our dog has.
When a business owner decides to shift the blame back on its customers for its lack of professionalism, they need to be called out. It is extremly sad that it has had to come down to this point. Save yourself the stress and petty drama and send your loved ones elsewhere.

Training class was fantastic. I would recommend anyone come here for training.

Katie, our puppy, loves to go to doggie daycare. She comes home exhausted! The staff is patient, answered all my questions and alleviated all my concerns. She has also stayed overnight while we were out of town. The staff takes great care to fit each dog's personality with the group they play/stay with. Lisa, the owner, is incredibly gifted.
