Adult Psychiatric Unit

Wife admitted 11-5-2007, submitted all clothing, underwent Psychiatric Evaluation...after one week her clothes were stolen or lost & when discharged, losing vital & favorite outerwear coat (winter purple)...Sheila then seemed to mentally relapse from loss of confidence of trusted psychiatric unit personell.....Better care of personal items need better supervision & kept safe...Respectfully, Richard C.
