Provided by YP.comI trained at Body Elite between January - June 2009. Steve and Chris helped me transform my body and take my life back. I lost 65lbs, fixed a bad blood pressure problem and feel better than I have in years. I would HIGHLY recommend them. There is no better place in the Lehigh Valley for personal training.
