Went on groupons paid $115 for mink lashes with belleza salon I went their their associate Jackie decided to used synthetic lashes on me instead of mink . Got home realized the lashes where not mink texted her two days later to let her know that I couldn't keep them on cuz they where too heavy didn't like the unnatural looked ect ... She told me to remove them myself I told her no I ratter a professional does it ... Went Back to the salon a few days later to get them taking off the lady that was removing them was nice ... Even with the oil used after the fact all my lashes came off I was looking like an alien .... The owner felt so bad she offer me a free facial or so she says and said she will order the mink lashes so I can come inn and get them put on. A week later I emailed her asking can I come inn for the free facial and get a consultation to see if I have to wait a month so some lashes will grow back to do the lashes services ... She totally denied offering me any free services ... She went on to say that she paid a 100 for the lashes and it wouldn't be fair to her to give me both services for free .... I argue with her and ask for a refund .... Be careful going there since they are charging a lot of money for services but are using cheap products .... Feel free to go there at your own ...
