They showed up on time (7:30am) with a small army, lots of equipment, including the crane that was necessary to remove the huge tree crushing the back of our house. Even though it rained on them, they didn't stop and cleaned up pretty well after themselves and were gone by noon. I have no complaints.

Within one day of my calling them, they were able to send out a crew, and they did a beautiful job of trimming and pruning two very large trees, and removing a third, dead tree. The remaining trees look absolutely perfect now, and the crew also cleaned up my yard so well that it's hard to tell they were ever there! Definitely recommend this company if you need anything done to your trees!

When they asked if there was access to the tree in my back yard, I had started to reply by saying if I let you in because, then she got cocky and said find someone else then hung up. Didn't let me finish saying because my gate is locked due to having a dog. Wonder how they do business like that. A@@holes.

Owner threatened to sue me over me having an issue with him doing work on my property that was not in a physical contract...poor customer service, dont bother.
