I have been a customer of Bob Visser at State Farm for 19 years. When I started looking for insurance for my teenage drivers State Farm was the best choice for our family. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Bob is a very honest agent. When it comes time to make changes to our policies he gives an honest evaluation of the options available. Customer service is top notch and everyone in the office makes you feel like you are important. I will be a customer for many years to come.

I would recommend Bob Visser to anyone looking for insurance. His office is about helping everyone including the little guy. Bob has got us information and changes made for my family at the drop of a hat. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response...most the time it is within an hour. He has called and walked thru questions that I have had multiple times (without making me feel like I am bugging him the many times I do). I can't express my gratitude for Bob Visser and those in his Allendale office.

I can't say enough good things about the State Farm office in Allendale. The agent and the girls were very, very helpful to me. I had just moved to Allendale and needed to get with a new insurance company. I happened to stop by the State Farm office because I wanted to be with a company who I knew I could trust. I was so impressed by their helpfulness. I have always felt like I knew nothing about insurance, but now I feel like I really understand what my insurance covers.
