They said I could cancel my registration but there's no way to do it . They only have machines. There is absolutely NO customer service available . You can't even email them without setting up a new email account .
THUMBS DOWN !!!!!

They notified a credit company that I was deceased. Cannot get in touch with a live person at their firm. Totally unbelievable.

Experian are highly inaccurate in their reporting, and inaccessible to the public. They are therefore a criminal organization akin to the mafia or ISIS.

They don't anser their phone. They don't even reply to express mail requests. It was delivered on 09/22/2011. This is very poor customer service
