I was a member for a year when Management began mistakenly charging multiple other customer's monthly fees to my credit card. This happened on four different occasions over a period of six months. Rather than rectifying the problem immediately, Management just didn't care about finding out why it was happening and preventing it from happening again. Due to Management's total lack of customer service and knowledge, I had to get the Corporate office involved to get the situation rectified. Rather than being a relaxing experience, dealing with the Aliso Viejo clinic was very stressful and took several phone calls, emails, faxes and visits to the clinic. While some of the therapist's are good, they too believe that Management doesn't care because the business is growing so quickly that they don't feel the need to keep up a good level of customer service. I've since switched to the Mission Viejo clinic and I've had great customer service without any problems. Don't join this clinic unless you want stress rather than relaxation, join Mission Viejo where the staff knows you by name and treats you well. The Manager of the Mission Viejo clinic has trained his staff well, everyone is very professional and resolves issues quickly. The Manager of the Aliso Viejo clinic never returns your calls, is often not available and generally sees no rush to refund money that should never have been taken from you in the first place. On top of all that he is incredibly RUDE. Buyer beware!
