Perfect Design and Engineering is perfect in everything they do, They have been doing my MEP plans for the past 20-years and I am very pleased with their reasonable price, fast service, and their friendly attitude. Raymond is a very friendly person, intelligent, and responsible engineer. I would highly recommend Perfect Design and Engineering to any who is concern about receiving perfect MEP plans.

I have been using Perfect Design for 2 years on many projects for my T24. They have the best price and have never been late on one job. They are not great with chit chat but they are courteous and professional. I recommend to my other designer friends...

Do not deal with this people. They delayed my job and almost cost me my license. Its not the first time i had issues with them but it is the last one. I do not recommend them. Raymond is the most irresponsible person ever. I don't blame the people working there but him for his lack of coordination.

Raymond has so many jobs he probaly won't take care about yours. every contractor I have talked to has nightmare experiences with him. He wrote a $6000 grease trap into the plans when all long beach required was a $600 one. Also he wrote in an earth quake valve when not only did long beach not require it ....they asked us to.remove it. $466 dollars down the drain bevause raymond is too lazy to check the code differences between la and long beach codes. He cost me 466 dollars I did not need to spend and almost cost me $6466 I didn't need to spans. He doesn't care about his projects or his customers. There are other people out there that do this work.
