I must write a review for this great company with their great staff. I have used over a dozen forwarders in the past 5 yrs shipping our goods via air and ocean from Shanghai/Yantian/Hong Kong to Atlanta. I have never had a forwarder that I had to keep tabs on what the hell is going on until I came across Intertrans Express out of pure coincidence. This great company particularly Ms. Janet Chen and Mr. Lance has truly made my life so much simpler. Thank you so much for all of your support your wondrous door/door service, and of course the minimal customs inspections--LOL
