I was in your Algonquin Illinois store and was shopping. My daughter picked up a toy that was on the floor and gave it to her brother while he was sitting in his stroller. After we were done shopping we went up to the register and was ready to ring out when i noticed that my son still had the toy in his hand so I took it and layed it down when an associate then picked it up and yelled loudley oooohhhh slime on this toy and was repeating it over and over. Another customer that was being rang up at the same time was watching, which in the ended up knowing the customer. I told the associate that i was sorry that the toy was in my 15month olds mouth and that if she gave it back to me i would clean it with my sanitizer. She just ignored me and kept on ranting and raving about the toy having slime on it. She did not even acknowledge me trying to help.

Iam a repeating customer but will not be back in the store. I have 100.00 worth of merchandise that will be going back to the store.

Iam so imbarrased!!!!!!
