The workers are very Knowledgeable and are willing to help out with any questions. I had my laptop screen replaced and they were ½ of what other quotes I received. After they fixed it, I came back twice with questions and they showed me a few tricks on my laptop.

went in there to get a new printer cartridge... the most unkept, overweight and scruffy kid tried to help me out but was more interested in talking to his friends that were loitering there about getting drunk and his girlfriend than helping me out with my printer cartridge issues

I don't know much about computers but I get mad when the darn thing doesn't work. I called them up and they said it was a burned out power supply. I dropped it off and they had it done in less than 2 hours. They only charged $20 for labor and were real nice. I'm a computer dummy, they could of told me anything and charged me big bucks but did not. I took my computer into the Geek Squad once and did not see it for 3 weeks and cost me $175 for a similar thing
