Provided by YP.comTen months ago I had my septic tank pumped. Normally once this is done, my tank lasts two years before it needs to be emptied again. Imagine my surprise when not even a year later my drains are all backed up. When I lifted the cover on my tank, I found it was full. When this company did the job, it was unsupervised due to my work schedule, so I called with my receipt to see if anything could be done. Obviously there had to be a mistake. In short, I was given a list of impossible reasons for the tank filling so quickly instead of the company returning to finish the job they said they did months ago. Bad customer service and shoddy, cut-corner execution. I would discourage anyone from employing this company in the future and go with a more reputable place.
