I had him as my attorney for over 6months handling a car accident in which I wasn't at fault. He puts other cases at high priority mostly drug offenses, so expect a long wait for your case to be completed. He's very lazy when it comes to the actual work he does. He expects you to do most of it. Gather police reports, forms insurance information, other parties information, etc. And when the case is closed that main is cheap. I paid him 8k out of a 12k cut and the guy mails my check in bulk mail so if takes a couple days while I insisted I needed it right away for financial reasons. In t only that I had my check delayed because he needed confirmation that the clinic gave him the wrong numbers that are owed. That's a reasonable request perfectly understandable. But what's not is it takes 4 days to make that phone call to the clinic and that's after I yelled at him. Remember this time he already had his cut. So I was left very frustrated, unsatisfied with the service but he did get the job done. Just took him a while. But if there was a option to get a refund I would have asked for it.

I got a ton of money after I got hit by a drunk driver. I was able to pay off all my bills and got reimbursed for missing work.
