We received excellent service from this dealership from the scheduling through pick up. Each time our car has been serviced we have been given a list of "things to watch for" and an estimate for the cost. This was quite helpful in budgeting for the work to be done. The service dept. has been straightforward about what repairs are urgent and which items can wait. Also, the price for purchase and installation of a set of tires was as reasonable as any other service provider in the area. The shuttle to Metro also minimized any commuting difficulties.

This is my favorite Mercedes-Benz dealer in the DC Metro area. The people are friendly and professional, the work is done on time and within budget. The free shuttle to and from the metro station, the free loaner car, the free car wash and free access to the internet are all helpful, but it's the people that makes Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria the right place to take your car for service.

This is a great place to service your Mercedes-Benz. All of the service advisors are knowledeable and the technicians are all certified by Mercedes-Benz. They even have several who are nationally ranked and one who has competed and placed in world competition. But that's not why I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. It is a beautiful facility with friendly, professional people who genuinely enjoy serving their customers and getting the job done right the first time. Your car is in good hands, whether it is a brand new AMG or a classic with 200,000 plus miles.
