They installed an engineered wood floor in my home. A few months later, the floor came unglued from the subfloor. Over the next year, larger portions (4-5 feet) came unglued. I spent over a year trying to get them to repair the floor. They came by one time to look at the floor and said that they could try nailing the floor down. Adding additional glue by syringe was not an option since they used a very old, smelly, and thick petroleum-based glue. For the next 6 months or so, I tried to get them to the house for the repair. They ignored my requests, said they would return my calls and never did. During that time, I consulted two other companies. Both companies told me the floor was not repairable because nailing down large sections of the floor would be very unsightly (holes with putty all over the floor) and probably would not hold the floor down. I have filed a complaint with the Alexandria BBB. I am awaiting a response. Bottom line: wasted $2500 / Ripped out floor / Frustrated!

Don't make the same mistake I did. Shop elsewhere. I had them install an engineered wood floor in my basement. The installation did not go well...the floor is coming unglued from the basement subfloor. It has gotten progressively worse since installed. I called their office on more than one occasion to address the issue. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. I called on two more occasions. The brother in the shop said he would talk to his brother and get back to me. I got that response twice. They never got back to me.
