I have had countless great experiences over the years at this office. That says a lot for a dental office. Great doctors!

I have been a patient here since I first had teeth almost 30 years ago and have always felt safe and comfortable. Growing up I always felt more comfortable at the dentist over the doctor and they are the reason why. Over the years I have had many different procedures done here including orthodontics all with the same superior quality. I have moved into the city and have remained a patient of theirs. It’s worth the drive and time. Over the year’s doctors have come and gone and retired but the quality has stayed the same. Gladys the Office Manager has been there since day 1 and is a delight. There are never any surprises when it comes to insurance or copays. The front office knows the ins and outs and they openly share it with you before anything is done. The office is always clean and runs like a well-oiled machine.

I had a horrible experience at Hayfield Dental. In 2011 I had a crown placed on here (Kenneth Lee). I switched to a new dentist office this year and when they reviewed x-rays they said the crown is ill fitting. I now have periodontitis around the crown that is serious (6mm). I only have the issue around the crown because of it's ill fit. I have to have deep cleaning and am told that I may have to have a new crown.



I also have irreversible gum disease now and my gum problems were never even mentioned at Hayfield Dental. I'm so upset that irreversible damage has been done because of their incompetence. Avoid this office!
