I was a tenant of 8 canterbury sq unit 204 from Jan 1 2018 to April 15 2018. The complex has RATS and COCKROACHES. It was so bad that the landlord was forced (by court) to break the lease FOR HEALTH CONCERNS.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT, HERE YOU WILL GET SICK!

Went to look at a condo for sale in Building 11. There was a cockroach the size of my thumb alive in the bedroom. Be warned!

And the other people around were rude honking the horn while we drove by looking for the correct place.

I hated living here! They do not have dumpsters, all of the trash is stored in the laundry room of each building. They only clean the grounds M-F, by Sunday there is trash everywhere and the smell is ungodly. The buildings are poorly constructed so you can hear absolutely everything. The children in the complex run wild in and outside of the buildings (forget about sleeping in on a Saturday morning). Also they do not have a renter’s limit, so it is quickly being overrun by renters who do not take care of the property. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived.
