Worked for him and he didn't pay. He called me racist names and a female dog. I am taking him to court. He is VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. Please do your self a favor and use another company. Read his reviews under Presidential Limo as well. This guy is a nut case!!!!!

i planned a surprise limo ride to an indoor adventure park for my little brothers 12th birthday party.. american limousine seemed ideal and the rate was in my budget. i called to placed the order gave them all the info they emailed me a contract i faxed it back i never recieved a called stating weather they recieved it or not.. i called to see if they did i was told they werent in the office and they were "out at lunch" so i decided to call back 2 hours later. and i was giving a instant attitude and placed no hold for about 10 minutes. when the guy who refused to give me his name got back on the phone and told before i could ask if they recieved my email he tells me "you have been bugging me all day what do you want" and be trying to remain professional and calm i tried to speak to him in a mature manner and he took advantage he started to raise his voice curse at me call me names and told me im not getting the limo nor am i getting my money back and hung up on me. i called back about 7 times after that and he kept picking up the phone and hanging up or placing me on hold. so i guess he was the only person there at the time that was answering the phones. so i waited about 20 mins and called back he answered and put me on hold without saying hold on or anything.. so i waited and he picked up like 15minutes after and changed his voice pretending to be another employee lol (( how childish)) and as a fool i fell for it and i started to tell "him" my problem and as soon as i said he was being disrespectful he start talking in his normal voice again hollering at me and said i was harrassing him. and after that i left it alone because there was nothing i could do or anyone else that i could speak to. later that night i recieved a call from another man apologizing for that persons behavior blah blah blah.. so today the limo was suppose to show up at 12pm. and i called at like 1138am to see is everything was in order and if the limo was in route because we never recieved a call which is odd and the same guy who has cursed me out 2 weeks before.. answered and was like i dont know who u are tell me your name.. so i did then he said mam we are not a cab service we dont call when we are on the way just wait outside... -___- and as soon as i got off the phone with him the limo driver DID call and say he was on his way.. when he arrived there was no happy birthday sign or red carpet like they promised but the driver RALPH was nice i guess but he wasnt giving the drop off address which was dumb.. but it was later given to him.. but i would NEVER recommend this service to ANYONE it was the WORST TERRIBLE customer service and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. if i could get my money back I WOULD!!!! hate hate hate this limousine service!!!

Rude, rude and rude is all I can say about this guy. Booked a limo with him, arrived 1 hour late, would not give me a refund and overall just unprofessional.

Never believe a person that starts out that he/ she is a real person! They need acting classes! You see this on TV all the time on infomercials (DIET PILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU A MODEL IN ONE DAY!!) They ruined the transportation for my wedding!!!! The limo driver who got lost, even when one of my grooms men gave him precise directions!!! Not to mention that he was sitting right next to his dumb A$$. Then he has the nerve to charge me because he was late and mixed up our contract with another group! NICO is also garbage!! I have proof to show this! After lying and using profanity to my wife, even when he was wrong, had the nerve to hang up on every call! Once NICO found out he was wrong he offered to give a refund for the extra charge, but not until I wrote a good review for these links!!!! Let me know if you want a copy of that email he sent directly to me and a recording of a phone conversation stating that "HE WILL ONLY GIVE US A REFUND IF I FILL OUT A GOOD REPORT!" OVERALL GARBAGE!!!

Hi – I just want to counter some of the bad reviews about American dream limos and the owner Nico that I have read here. First of all, I want everyone to be clear: I am a real person, a mom who booked a limo for my daughter and her friend’s senior prom. I am happy to talk to anyone about Nico and his limos and his EXCELENT service, and I have given him permission to give people my cell number and/or email if you want more details.



In any case, I can’t believe the thing I have read here about Nico’s service. He was wonderful every step of the way for my family. He booked us in a fabulous car, then upgraded it on the day of the prom. He drove the car himself, and was clear with the kids about the rules (no drinking, which was my rule too, as well as the law) but easy with them and funny – treated them like royalty. He met the other parents at the pre-prom, picture taking party, and they were all impressed with his car and liked his focus on safety with sacrificing fun.



He got the kids to their various drop-off points in style, and that included accommodating all their teenage schedule changes, dropped them at the prom, then checked in with me to let me know it had all gone well. My daughter came home saying it was perfect and made the prom completely special.



A limo is a big investment for a prom, and it was important to me everything went without a hitch. It did, and the kids had a classy and unique experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Nico for any event, and especially for those big one-of-a-kind days or nights, like a prom. My next email is to a friend whose daughter is getting married – I will recommend Nico’s limos for the bride.

We used American Limo under the recommendation of YAHOO & GOOGLE for our first trip to D.C. The driver tracked our flight and arrived at airport before our arrival (we landed 30 minutes earlier then scheduled), sent us a text and had a comfy Lincoln to ride in. The same went for the way back from the Hilton to National airport. I would definitely recommend them to anyone going to D.C.The prices are less than your regular cab services and way more comfortable and stylish than a taxi.



Another piece of advice is DO NOT ASK THE BELL MAN OR FRONT DESK TO ARRANGE A TAXI. THEY ASK FOR KICK BACK FROM DRIVERS AND RIDE CAN COST YOU A LOT MORE

I answered an ad on Craigslist for :"***Limousine Drivers / Chauffeurs Needed *** $15.00 to $20.00 per Hour (Alexandria)" I called the number 703 922 7600. The phone was answered abruptly. I inquired about the drivers job, and was asked, "How may I help you"?, I replied that I was calling about the job opening on Craigslist, there was a long pause followed by, "Please hold". I was placed on hold for several minutes, another person picked up the phone and I asked about the job that they had advertised on Craigslist, the reply was, "You sound like a woman", and then they hung up the phone! I called back and asked about the job again, I was put on hold and then was "mysteriously" disconnected. All I was doing was calling about a job on Craigslist, if the job was filled, that is O.K.. The treatment that was given to me over the phone was rude and uncalled for. Please do yourself a favor and use another limousine company. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

This was the worst limo experience I've ever had. Need not to say I own a very very successful auto detailing company and I would never even think about treating or talking to my customers the way this owner (NICO) did. Let me tell you about this overpriced so call luxury Hummer H2 limo, wow where do i start.

1) I had to fit 18 people in this limo with no A/C which we didn't find out that there was no air until 7:45 which pick-up was at 9 which left no time to replan anything.

2) No privacy window.

3)There was a crack going from one side of the front windshield to the other side.

4)One of the so call decorative light was out.

5)No ice or water. We could even put in the COOLER.

6)Out of 8 speakers inside only 2 speakers worked which was all the way in the back.

I could seriously go on. Now as far as the owner who preys on females by taking money so they have to use his service or lose money. I wish I could give them a half a star rating. The only reason he got this contract was because stole the money off my fiance's credit card and it was a surprise for my birthday which i knew nothing about.
