I took my 3 labradors here for a week stay while I went on vacation. My 2 girls had a great time and were exhausted and happy when I picked them up. However my 12 year old male labrador who is diabetic and on insulin shots twice a day was comatose when I picked him up. He was in perfect health and doing great when I dropped him off 6 days before this. I was assured that they were used to taking care of older dogs and could handle the shots. I took him to the vet for an emergency visit that Sunday morning and after 4 hours I was able to take him home. 2 days later I was back at the vet again and Thursday night back to the vet for another emergency visit. He is finally better after 4 weeks. I have no explanation from the owner as to how he got sick but I would NEVER take a dog here again!
