Provided by YP.comWe took our pressure washer to this place the 2nd week of February. It is still not fixed. It is now June. It is always an excuse as to why. You can't even walk through the door now because of all the junk piled up. I have called Troy bilt about this issue and hoping to get it resolved. They are the ones that told me to take it to universal because of the warranty. We used it maybe 3 times. We are very very disappointed and frustrated.

Provided by YP.comWorst service imagineable. It is a shame that a power tool company would use them for their warranty services. They have had a power tool under warranty repair for me since November of last year. It is now the end of February. Every time I go there and ask the owner about my tool he gives me a different excuse about why it is not repaired. My next step will be to get my power tool back and just take it to another dependable company and pay for it to be repaired!
this complaint i do not recall i will explain what we do we warranty equipment for the big stores they sell we try to warranty but when the mfg can't supply with parts then we can't repair i stress to customers when they drop off which companies are the worst at getting parts for and they still insist on leaving equipment i hold no ones equipment hostage if its setting here then it is taking up space i need and tieing up money that i need to operate a business certain mfgs have got so bad we refuse to even take in the equipment i certainly run a legitamate business and have no issues are unresolved issues with better business bureau a real review place that gets both sides of story before negativity is posted

I FEEL THAT MAYBE YOU SHOULD CONSIDER ALL SOURCES BEFORE YOU LEAVE A COMMENT FOR NEGATIVITY TOWARD A BUSINESS.THERE ARE THINGS THAT ARE OUT OF A MIDDLE MANS CONTROL. I AM THE MIDDLE MAN FOR THE COMPANY(S)THAT I DO REPAIR WORK FOR.
