Provided by YP.comIf your love one goes to this LTAC you better be there with them 24/7!!! This place is aweful! The nurses are lazy, and so is the therapy department!!! You have too constantly be on them about your love ones patient care! They only do enough too get by so beware!!! I would NEVER send my dad back here!!!!
