Outstanding experience with Northside Towing. They are priced fairly and service delivered as promised.

My college aged son was traveling home for a visit when his truck left him stranded on the interstate. We live 5 hours away from where he was and it was approaching night fall. I was worried beyond imagination that my son was sitting on an interstate alone at dusk with nobody to help him. I called Northside Towing and the nicest gentleman answered the phone and without hesitation he said he would help with a tow from Alexandria to Natchitoches. That night after my son and his truck arrived back at school safely my son called me and told me that this company mainly deals with towing 18 wheelers and large commercial vehicles. He said that the Mr. Rick heard my panic he had to help. Thank you Mr. Rick you are a true angel and have renewed my faith in humanity.
