I went to the Golden Corral in Alexandria and it was the worst dining experience of my life! The place was a mess. There was food all over the floor. The waitress actually moved our table, with her hip, while our drinks were already on it, and started trying to sweep up the mess. The food was very bland and their "homemade" salad dressings were very runny and didn't taste right. The gravy that I got on my mashed potatoes ran all over the plate and had a terrible taste and all of my food ended up tasting like that. There wasn't enough food being brought out for everyone to get what they wanted. When my mother cut into her chicken it was black on the inside. The best thing we could do was get up and leave. It was a terrible dining experience and I have no intentions of going back to Golden Corral, in Alexandria or any where else! I suggest finding somewhere else to eat.

My Husband & I Love the Golden Corral n Alexandria,La. We eat there often & the food is always fresh & delicious but the fried fish is the best I have ever tasted + service is decent so keep up the good work GC crew!!

I am very disappointed in this restaurant. It is nasty, everything from the front entrance, dinning area, the plates, restrooms and the Food. Too greasy. I don't believe that I should have even gave it one star. McDonald's would be better than GC.
