I have been using Glass Tint ETC. for 8 years and they've always provided me with efficient and quality service from lift kits, lights, interior and even painting accessories to be installed. I just recently had bumpers, steps, and a cowl hood painted and installed. I also had a 6" BDS suspension lift installed as well. You get the service that you pay for!

We've done business with this locally owned company more than 20 years with COMPLETE satisfaction. Courteous and professional service coupled with quality materials every time.

I recently chose this company to tint my vehicle, After learning that they were the exclusive vendor for a very good tinting product, I was prepared to pay for the above average price they charge.
When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was thoroughly disappointed with not just the manner in which my kid's car seat was thrown into my vehicle, but when I questioned why it wasn't properly re-installed I was give a very acceptable reason that it could create a liability issue. But one of the employees who I was engaging regarding my concern, I was told that "all you want to do is argue! so you can argue with the dam wall" then he threw the clipboard from one end of the counter to the other so that another employee could process my transaction. Baffled, by such lack of professionalism and extremely Poor Customer Service, I asked if in fact their store was in the customer service business, to which I received no answer.
As veteran, civil servant, and a member of the local clergy I find it absolutely appalling that an organization in this community would allow their employees to conduct business in this manner.

Glass tint is a nice place with nice employees, but they are MORE THAN OVERPRICED! My advice if you want window tint go to dmax. Dmax is 200 for the best heat blocking tint all the way around. Where glass tint is 200 for the basic colored tint.

I have done business with this company on two separate occasions. I have down there work professional and good and their people friendly.

I dropped one store because they are slow. But then maybe that's a good thing sometimes.

Zero customer service. I was sent to this company by Ray Hyde Body Shop. I needed a paint shield guard (film) applied to the lower front bumper. We are talking about a 2006 Scion which is a small area! I was originally told it would take 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete. I finally left after spending 5 1/2 hours in the waiting room which offered little comfort, no snack machines, no water, nothing. Had to go the the front counter to get updates about the job. No communication what-so-ever from Staff. I was told they did not have the pattern for my 2006 Scion in their system and they had to design the film by hand. They could have told me that the first hour I was there and I could have made the decision to stay, leave the car, or forget having it done at all. I would have chose the latter!!!!! Will never go back to this Shop!!!

If I could rate a 0 I would be way happier than I am now...I've done business with them a few times...and this one was the worse yet.. i had a Hood scoop installed on my car...which they try to give the car back with it not put on straight and blamed it on the company that i bought it from,that they made it a eighth of inch to short..so they went back and straightened it.... .then I get home and realize my hood insulation was off they didn't put it back on... So I called back and had to go back over there so they can put it back on..i know people make mistakes and it really wasn't a big deal and im usually calm and keep to myself but the way they handled the situation set me off.especially when I paid my hard earned money. I want the job done right....long story short bad customer service in my opinion I can go further in details but I'm not... I normally dont write reviews but I couldn't pass this one up.. Just be aware maybe you will have better luck.

I went to glass tint to have some wires hooked up the right way in my new headlights and they charged me over $300 to hook up maybe three wires for each headlight. They over charge on everything. It's best to find somewhere with the same stuff for a cheaper price

Glass Tint Etc. took 10 weeks to replace a spoiler with a stock part and then charged more than they originally quoted and more than the dealership would have done it for.



I spent almost $100 more than the original quote and waited almost three months. When checking out and arguing the final amount, one gentleman at the desk said to the other next to him under his breath that I was not going to be happy. The man said back to him that he knew I wouldn't be happy but he didn't care.



The final product was good but you wouldn't expect a stock part with a stock paint be hard to mess up. Long waits and high price.



I would not recommend Glass Tint Etc. to anyone.
