Would give it a 5 if had nutritional breakdown of there meals and food! On special diet and can’t find accurate info anywhere!

I visited your restraunt on Friday Jan. 9 2009. I ordered a fish and shrimp platter to go because my husband was in the hospital there in Alexandria(We are from DeRidder). When I returned to the Hospital room to eat, my fish did not even look like fish. I thought I was going to have strips of catfish, instead it looked like chunks of meat and there was so much batter on the fish until it was gummy and not done. The same with some of the onion rings, they had so much batter on them until they were stuck together and gummy. My husband did not recognize the fish and asked what it was. The shrimp and fries were good as well as the cheesecake, but the fish and onion rings were a mess. This is the first time that I have ever had bad food at copelands.
