Customer service could use some work. They answer the phone in the middle of cutting keys and checking you out, but make an effort to tell you to have a good day. The key that was cut didn't work the first time, but they fixed the issue and apologized and they tried out the key on the car this time. Surprisingly very knowledgeable on vehicles and explained the way the keys work. They didn't have my fob in stock.

Terrible. Customer service is OK, but the lock did not even work. Would not recommend this company at all.

This is the place for Alexandria. The staff is great and the work is awesome. I'm always going to go here for my key and lock needs. If you need help they can do if. They where the only locksmith in town that could dup. my car key, without killing my bank account. I suggest trying them first.
