I wouldn't advise anyone to get work done here. I quit getting oil changes here because of their very high prices. Dealerships change oil for less than they do. In the past I would get state inspections done here but after today's (Feb 4, 2015) experience I'll never go back for that either. They close at 6pm and I arrived at 5:40pm. The kid that finally wandered out told me that the car in front of me needed an emissions test and it would take 20 minutes and they close at 6pm. I said fine, I can wait but he said that other car would be the last of the day. I asked why if I'm already there, in line, with 20 minutes to spare would they turn away a customer and if necessary I'll take my business elsewhere. He said "my manager said this is the last one of the day". As I said, I won't return at all. Customer service is the worst!! I would give them ZERO Stars if possible but one is the lowest I can give.
