The customer service was great and very friendly, The vehicle was a new model and was very clean, I will use them again!!!

This is the only rental company I will rent from in Knoxville, TN. Might I add, there are at least 4 rental companies (2 of which are Enterprise) between my house and the airport, however the customer services is always top notch. Most of the time, I end up dealing with Dustin at the National Car Rental booth due to the hours I stop in; and he always greets with a smile and friendly conversation. All of the evening shift members are very friendly, courteous, and respect as well. I will say they truly aim to please and always willing to accommodate whenever I stop in to rent.

I can even recall where I had to rent a car in the morning and had a terrible customer experience ALL the way around (poor customer service, having to wait 30+ minutes to rent the same SUV that was sitting right in front of me, etc.). Later that afternoon when I returned the car, I informed Dustin of the encounter that morning, and without question he immediately fixed the problem and assured me it should never happen again.

All things considered, it is quite the hike out there to the airport just to rent a car, leave my car, pay for airport parking, etc. however the customer service and respect I receive at the National Car Rental booth is second to none I've ever experienced. I will continue value their services and products because they have proven they value my business.
