Provided by YP.comPlaced massive amounts of pine needles up against a 1970's wood sided apartment building despite being specifically warned about numerous fires caused by pine needles which are highly flammable and burn very hot and quickly. As Voltaire once said, common sense is not so common. when you see Bear Grylls on a TV survival show telling you to gather pine needles because they are easy to start a fire, you don't put them against a wooden structure. All it takes is one cigarette and a drought like we are in right now in Tennessee. It's beyond stupid and reckless and if anybody ever gets hurt from this, I hope they are liable for negligence as they were warned 10/27/2016
