The staff at Park Med Urgent Care was very kind and welcoming. I was able to seen within minutes of my arrival. Dr. Rooke has impeccable bedside manner and was thorough in my exam and quick with a diagnosis. I've never before had such a caring physician. Thank you Dr. Rooke.

Beware of their billing practices! They got our insurance wrong by one digit and ended up sending our bill to collections. Never received a bill, letter, phone call, email from them before it was sent to collections. Their billing department was very rude when we contacted them and they blamed the fact that we hadn't received a bill or letter on the post office. Really? We receive all of our other bills via post office, but not theirs? Would go to the ER before using their clinics again. Poor business practices. Shame on you Park Med! You could have affected our credit rating when this error was your fault. Take responsibility for your mistakes and man up.
