If you are in need of extra cash this might be a good place to start. Their interest rates are low. But if I have learned anything as a consumer it is that you get what you pay for. While their interest rates are low, so is their customer service and knowledge and level of professionalism. Trying to make a payment is tedious and time consuming. The lines are ridiculous. It looks as if they have a new worker every time I make a visit that is not fully trained. Calling this establishment is a disappointment as well. I don't know if the employees were not trained how to be courteous and helpful or if they just hate their low paying jobs. I wouldn't do business here again if the loans were interest fee. I'd rather pay extra for good old fashioned customer service.
