Last week one of the springs o...

Last week one of the springs on my garage door broke rendering it useless. I called the company that I had originally bought it from but even though they told me they would have someone out they never came. I called the next day and the same thing happened. After a week of playing can and mouse, and not having a way to park in the garage, I decided to call another company. When I called Windsor I wished I had done it right from the off. They had someone out that same day and the next the door was fixed. I cannot praise Windsor enough for their experitse and excellent customer service. Thanks for fixing my door and for giving me such a reliable company to call if ever something else happens.
