The office staff at this place (a woman named Sarah) is beyond rude. She literally called and yelled at me about not sending a deposit check in with the signed contract, when it took them about 4 weeks to get an initial estimate to me in the first place. When I said I would send a check right away, she said "that doesn't help". These folks think they can treat perspective customers anyway they want because they are one of the only games in town for certain jobs. If you can, stay away from this shop and give your money to someone that actually cares about how they treat customers.

Thank you for handling this so quickly. Just so you know, the two gents you sent were truly professional and represent you very well in the field.

I wanted to say that the two kids that worked on our windows were very professional and courteous. They did a great job on the repairs and were helpful when we asked them questions. They cleaned up so well we couldn't tell they were even here. It was a pleasure to have them here. And…I appreciate them giving me a call to let me know the garage door was left open. Sarah,Your guys did a great job on the patio door and regular door in Placitas yesterday. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, then did it. The original work order was for a patio door tune-up. When I asked whether they could repair the weatherstripping on another door, they agreed to do it. They work well as a team and they take pride in their work. Thanks,Paul

If you want the best service in town with the best customer service you have to call Window Service Corp. Not only did they fix a problem that I had fixed plenty of other times from other companies, but they had the upmost respect for me and my family and the best attitudes I could of asked for. A few years have passed now and still there has not been one problem with my windows. when before I was calling companies every six months to come and fix the problems. Try them, and I promise you will be satisfied!!!!!!!!
