came in for my 30,000 mile check up and they did a great joband completed it before they said it would be finished.

Love my diesel Jetta Sport Wagon. I received very courteous and prompt service for the 10000 mile check and service visit. These are the easy visits with low mileage, etc. This is actually the second VW diesel vehicle I have owned. The service department has integrity and is honest. I drive & keep my vehicles until it is time to bury them. Even though they are out-of-the-way from where I live, I won't go anywhere else.

I love everything about my Jetta, and the 1 year check up could not have been smoother! Oil change, tire rotation, general check up and I was in and out in 53 minutes! The waiting room is very comfortable, and the service attendant, was very pleasant!

Uptown Volkswagen is the best VW dealer I have been to. (I have been to about 5). They have great people working for them and they are very friendly. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for anything you need. They dont make you wait hours before you get your car back (and if it takes that long they will give you a ride or a loaner car) you do have to make an appointment for the main part unless its just for basic maintnance like an oil change. Which doesnt bother me. Atleast I know that my car will be brought in as soon as I get there. But like I said very good place, they dont lie about broken, or needing to be replaced items they will show you what is going wrong with your car. Like I said I highly recommend going to uptown volkswagen.

I had a great experience.

i was hesitant to take my car to a dealer as I know they can be expensive, but they were fairly priced, honest, and fixed a problem that eluded several other mechanics in town. If you have a VW don't mess around with non-certified VW mechanics and go to UpTown VW.

Purchase was made efficiently and courteously (as all German transactions should be). I was very satisfied and would buy from them again.

I highly recommend the service department at Uptown Volkswagen. For the past three years, they have done all of the preventative maintenance on my 2009 Jetta TDI. On the occasion of each visit, the maintenance has been completed by the promised time and at the estimated cost.
