Every time I go here I'm impressed by the quality and service they provide. As a UNM student they don't charge me taxes and always keep a look out for small fixes that they DON'T charge me for. For example, I took my truck in for a coolant system flush. They found a leak, and put in some stuff to fix it for free. This is one of the few places I can take my vehicle in and know they'll do what I need and nothing more. They will always call before doing anything with a full list and accurate quote of the services they will do.

I was glad they had the car ready when they said they would. That was great! On top of that the car is fixed without and issue and its doing great. Very pleased with the work!

All of the people that work at Uptown are very kind and considerate. They do a great job with the services, and are also very nice to customers. There is no other place in Albuquerque that I will bring my car to.

The staff at Uptown Auto Repair are FANTASTIC!!! We've been going to them for years and couldn't be more pleased with their service! In the past, whenever I had to get work done on my car I was never sure if I could trust the mechanics. Not anymore! The folks at Uptown Auto Repair are friendly, trustworthy and just genuinely good people! I know whenever we have an issue with either of our vehicles we can have it worked on in a timely manner and at a good price.

The service I've received at Uptown Auto Repair has been as good as any I have received anywhere, at any time, for any device. Uptown Auto Repair's technicians are courteous and appear to be expert. They clearly answer any questions about work I've asked to be done and clearly explain the details of work they suggest I have done. They've even told me that they thought I'd asked for unnecessary work and recommended that I postpone it to save money. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else!

Truly a great place to have work done on your car. Fast reliable and completely honest master technicians. While I thought my car was falling apart (was told this by another place) it turned out all I needed was a tune-up and air in my tires. Trust me , trust them.

I was quoted a price for an oil leak at another shop for an oil pan. The lead turned out to be a loose oil filter. All Marty charged me for was an oil change!! No more leaks and runs perfect!

These guys are simply the best in town. Their prices are honest and fair and they have always gotten my car back to me by the end of the day. They are courteous and have always treated me with respect. My car is plagued with mice who chew on the wires. I 've taken it to Uptown several times to be repaired, and have always gotten great results. The one time I had to take it somewhere else because it was operating too poorly to make it to Uptown, I was charged nearly double what I usually pay, and the problem wasn't fixed. On another occasion I took my car to Uptown and Justin (who I call the "Car Whisperer") couldn't exactly pinpoint the problem. Nevertheless, it ran better as I was driving home, and they didn't charge me anything for looking at it. I HIGHLY recommend them.
