I've seen 5, count'm 5 dentists in my time getting an upper denture and lower partial. Once, the office in ABQ didn't have "suction," so they couldn't do the scheduled extractions. Next, the dentist did the extractions, with parts of teeth flying across the room and others dropping into my throat. Then, when a soft realign was scheduled, they weren't open in ABQ and I had to go the (way, way...) Westside, where they discovered the original extractions were incomplete. I knew that, as I felt a large chunk of tooth pushing through the barely healed gums. So I had to undergo a second surgery, for which they are attempting to charge me. Next, I had the soft realignment, only to have that peel away from the dentures the very next day. Finally, after getting the hard alignment on the upper denture, I get repeated demands for further payment even though I am using Carecredit, of which they are fully aware. Most recently, a $900 bill was half-covered by insurance, resulting in a $400+ bill to me. When I called last week, 3-8-18, I was told the "billing specialist" was out of the office and would have to call me back. Today, 3-12-18, having received no call back, I get another bill in the mail for $900, saying if I didn't pay in 10 days it would go to collection. Really?!? Find yourselves another dentist, please, for your own sake.

First visit...no problems. Look forward to finishing up my treatment quickly. I felt comfortable and at ease with the dentist and she made me feel confident in here skills.

Dr Gallegos is amazing and the staff is warm and friendly. No one wants to go to the dentist but if you need one this is the place to go.

Very friendly, this is what a dentist visit is supposed to be like. Dentist was great and staff was amazing!! Everyone was extremely courteous.

The dentist was terrific, however, not sure why tech wanted to take 18 xrays. I did have to wait, but that was due to an emergency and the dentist and the entire staff apologized for the delay.

Very clean and efficiently run office. Gentle and thorough cleaning with professional and kind staff. Dentist was very gentle and checked in with me often to see how I was doing. I am usually anxious about seeing the dentist and they made it so easy! Very glad I found this dentist!

The staff and Dr. Gallegos were very friendly and calming throughout the whole process, which was great for me since I have a low tolerance for pain. I was asked through the whole process if I had any questions and, through the procedure, Dr. Gallegos kept asking me if I felt ok. This was the first time I have ever had a tooth pulled that a dentist took that much care with me. I recommend them highly

I had horrible pain all weekend. I called Monday morning and was told to come right in. I left the office with no pain. Everyone was very nice and understanding. I'll be back.

I had a filling and a tooth extracted and by far it’s the best experience that I've ever had at the dentist. The Dr. was amazingly awesome and was very concerned on how I was feeling and made sure I was comfortable.

Everyone is very professional and very accommodating. All of the dentists that had examined me, explained my diagnosis and my treatment options very nicely and clearly. When I had my procedure done, they explained everything they were going to do and ensured that I would not be in any pain, which I was not. I definitely would recommend coming here to everyone.
