I recommend The Garage for all vehicle care needs. They guys really know what they are doing. They are fair, professional and do not try to upsell me. I am a single woman and I do not have the time or expertise to know what my car needs. That is why I always feel safe when the guys at The Garage work on my car. And I love that they have a shuttle as a perk!

Very fast and professional. They did an excellent job on my Honda. I'm very pleased and I highly recommend them.

The Garage is "The "Bomb"!!! Last week my son and I were traveling across country from Nashville to L.A. My starter went out in Albuquerque around 11:00 a.m. I called Tim and he said he could get me in fairly quickly so we managed to get the car started and took it straight to the garage. This all happened on the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend so I'm quite sure Tim was short handed and everyone that was working there was daydreaming of the 3 day weekend coming up! Not a problem!! They got me in, diagnosed repaired and on my way to Grand Canyon National park by 1:45 p.m. I can guarantee you that if I lived in Albuquerque or anywhere near it they would be my exclusive mechanic. I have 7 cats so I know something about mechanics and these guys are good and honest.

I took my car in to The Garage to have my breaks checked. They got me in on short notice. They checked the breaks and said I only needed the breaks cleaned and adjusted but that there was still plenty of life left in the break pads. The total cost was about $60 - much less than I was expecting! I was out and on my way within an hour and the breaks have been working great since. I felt really good about taking my car here because they told me exactly what my car needed and did not try to up sell me on repairs that I didn't need yet.

The best thing about the garage is that they are quite frank with you. I brought them an SUV with 150,000 miles, ten years, zero suspension, and a major oil leak. I asked them if they could help me prepare to drive the car 1,500 miles with little to no worry. I'm glad to say they delivered as I am now writing this review from that location. Not a single issue. If anything, they gave me the peace-of-mind I was seeking in helping me best prepare for the journey. Well done, boys.

Stopped by this garage on my way through town on a long drive moving to another state. A piece of my front end was dragging the ground and my front tire, and I needed a quick solution to get to my destination. The owner was super helpful, fixed me a good solution and didn't charge me a penny. Really friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new place for car repair. They will treat you fairly and take care of you.

Tim and James are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Returned my mother's call very quickly and went out of their way get her car in and returned fast.

Wonderful shop. My husband took his Toyota 4Runner in for AC issues. They found the problem very quickly, called us quickly, and repaired it promptly. We will return and recommend them to anyone!

The tow truck guy went above and beyond when it came to towing. My car doors were stuck and wouldn't open due to the age of the car, a '71 Chevy nova. He opened the doors while remaining professional and understanding.

Definitely a five star shop! Albuquerque needed a place like this, a place that provides expert repairs at a fair price. I'm a customer for life!

Very Impressed. My truck broke down and I had it towed to the Chevy dealer I bought it from years and years ago. After some sticker shock from the repair estimate, I called The Garage to compare prices. Needless to say, The Garage towed it (for free) out of the dealer and I ended saving about 20%. Thanks!

My VW spent a week at the dealer and they called me with a 3000.00 estimate for oil leaks. I didn't trust them so I took my car to The Garage for a second opinion. They repaired all my leaks for $800 (about 1/4 of the dealers estimate) and I am no longer leaving drips in my driveway. I also noticed that they have free towing too. The staff was nice and the repairs were good. I have finally found a mechanic I can trust.

After hearing really great things about The Garage Auto Repair from several relatives and friends, I decided to give them a try. There are plenty of good things to say about this shop. My first experience with themwas a very good one . First of all, each and every employee that I dealt with was exceptionally pleasant. I initially called from the side of I-25 after my Jeep overheated. The lady who answered the phone explained the program to me and dispatched their tow truck to where I was stranded. The tow truck driver was polite and gave me a ride to the shop. My Jeep was looked at almost instantly by a mechanic. After roughly 20 minutes in their waiting room I was given an estimate. Turns out that my thermostat got stuck. While I waited, they replaced it and added new coolant. I saw my Jeep go on a 10-15 minute road test to verify that there wasn't any other issues. My entire experience with The Garage was textbook perfect. The staff was overly nice, the price was very reasonable, and the service was impressive. One other thing worth metioning is that there was no charge for the tow. I have never been so satisfied in my life. I would go a very long way to get this customer service and craftsmanship again.

! wanted to give an accurate review of The Garage based on my visit last week. My car broke down in Rio Rancho at a grocery store on 528. I am new to the area, and my neighbor suggested The Garage. I called them to make an appointment and I was informed that they offered free towing. Within an hour, they had their tow truck at my location. I was informed that since it was late in the day, it would be the next day untill I recieved my estimate. About 9 a.m. the next day I was informed that my timing belt broke and that there was damage to my valves. I was given a maximum price that could go down depending on the machine work I needed. This is important...... I verified their prices with several shops and the dealer. There was a cheaper shop in town, but overall, The Garage was very fair with their prices, especially when compared to the dealer. I authorized the repairs and I also popped in to check on the progress. I've been in several shops in my life, and the inside of The Garage was impressive (really starting to build trust at this point). It was clean and my car was at the exact stage of repairs that they told me on the phone. When I came to pick up my car, my bill was several hundred dollars LESS than my estimate. I was pleasently surprised. My car really does run better than it has in years (they tuned it up also), and overall, I am happy with the entire event. My diesel truck was originally towed to the dealer when it wouldnt start one night. I was quoted nearly $5000 for a list of things supposedly wrong with my truck. I made a phone call to The Garage for a price quote. Best call I have ever made! I was informed that the repairs I was quoted are not common failures and their best advice to me would be to seek a second opinion. I had The Garage tow my truck out of the dealer (for free) and had them diagnose it. They found the issue causing my truck not to start and fixed it for less than half of what the dealer quoted me. My truck runs great, and starts everytime. The Garage did a great job at a great price.

I brought my car into The Garage for a second opinion. The shop around the corner felt it necessary to give me an estimate to restore my Geo back to it's original show room condition. I hired The Garage to simply fix what was broken, and that's what they did. Thank you for the honest repair, and for not taking advantage of an aging cars problems. Linda.

I brought them a real lemon. I got stuck with a piece of trash from an online auction and ended up taking it to The Garage. After a very thorough inspection, they assisted me in prioritizing the needed repairs. As for right now, the car no longer quits while driving and my A/C is freezing. I'll be fixing my car in the order that they advised me to. I was pleased with all the prices and also the service, including the free tow from across town.
