i inherited some navajo rugs from my dad, who was a missionary on the rez, where i was born. i didn't even recognise one of the rugs when my wife & i picked them up, what used to be gray was actually white! the largest rug had a nasty stain probably 2-3 square feet, gone. i mean, like totally gone. these rugs all like the came off the loom yesterday. the folks at textival do absolutely stunning work. i still shake my head in awe every time i walk past the pile & slow down to have a gander at them. beautiful, absolutely beautiful.

We have a large Navajo Two Gray Hills rug that Textival has cleaned several times. Their work has always been exceptionally good and prompt. We now live on the East Coast and can find no one we trust with this expensive rug, so are making arrangements to ship it back to Textival for service. Their care and responsibilty is such that the additional trouble and cost of shipping make it well worth it.
