I purchased a custom knife (balisong) from this shop for $189. This knife broke 2 days later while I was flipping it open and close and Tactical Survival Systems would not stand behind it in any way what so ever! They wanted me to drive 30mins to their shop to pick up the manufacturers info so that I could see if maybe the manufacturer would warranty it. Call me old fashioned but I think that a shop should stand behind the products that they sell! I will never do business with Tactical Survival Systems ever again!
