I bought a beautiful turquoise & coral ring when I was visiting Kanab, UT this summer. Unfortunately, about 3 weeks after my purchase, my husband pointed out the coral piece was missing. I was literally, distraught. I sent the piece in to a jeweler in WY and when he called me and told me it would cost $100 to replace the coral piece I was pretty upset being that’s how much I spent on the ring itself. After calling the shop I purchased it at the owner just had me send it to her and a few weeks later I received the ring back, looking better than ever. All three stones were reset and it was polished to a T. The receipt reads Silver Distinction Albuquerque NM so I just wanted to say thank you! What a relief... and a sweet note.
