I have never been to Shoe Dept on Cutler before. I went yesterday. I was greeted with a hello and that was it. I was looking for a boys hal size shoe. There were 2 employees in the store neither one asked if I need assistance. I walked around for about 10 minutes and left. I alwYs wondered why there was not a lot a cars parked there. Now I know. I will never go there again. I left and went to Sketchers at Winrock. I was greeted at the door the lady asked me if I need assistance. She walked me back to where the boys shoes were and to let her know if I needed anything. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. The Shoe Dept missed out on a $65 sale. Thank you Skechers for the excellent customer Service
