fast to take your money, slow to service and they don't know what they're doing with the given products and tools. Wrong filter installed on my car so it blew off on the interstate, instantly dumping all the oil out and costing me an engine.

I had oil change by this rip-off company today. I am very angry. They had a sign out front that said "today only oil change $26.99" I fell for it. When they got my car in the bay, i was told it was $69. I stated I did not want to pay that much. several employees came in one at a time and told me various stories such as we will give you a discount or how about $30. i agreed to the $30 but 45 minutes later. Nathan came to the desk and said it was $69 and that was the discount. not only that they could not change the oil filter because the dealership put it on too tight so I would have to go back to dealership to have oil filter changed. I payed them but I was very angry. I called back and asked to speak with manager. Both Nathan and Julio claimed to be the manager. After i got angry, then I was told Randy Martinez was the manager but he was on vacation. I plan on writing negative reviews on every site I can.

This place is extremely clean!!! (earlier I had stopped at couple of different places and they looked scary). I dropped my car off for oil change, nice guy behind the desk, very professional and polite.He really knew what he was doing and I felt safe leaving him to take care of my car. He changed the oil, cleaned the windshields and vacuumed the car while I was enjoying my coffee. I felt like they gave me a great price and with their high quality oil I feel safe wherever I go. I will defiantly go back there and tell all my friends to use only this company - all at a reasonable price and great customer service - what more can you ask for?
