can't access my account for weeks. Says No records found! I've been paying for years, not it won't show it. Sent numerous emails that are NEVER answered! Will have to call every month to get my balance. Can't wait until it's paid off so I can be rid of them!

I used Security Escrow once before many years ago, and thought I would never EVER use them again. I have used many other escrow services since to which I can compare them to. They are the WORST escrow service I have ever used. They lack proficiency and professionalism. I am currently involved with them as a buyer, and they are still the WORST company to use. I will walk away from a purchase or sale in the future rather than deal with Security Escrow. THEY ARE THE WORST ESCROW COMPANY HANDS DOWN.

Terrible service!!!! Do not use! They are responsible for making sure my mortgages are paid and currently we are behind 2 payments. The method they use to make payments confuses the mortgage company. I have wasted so much time straightening out my mortgages.
